1. Applicability

These conditions apply to every offer and agreement between EROPEX, Zwanenveld 3449, 6538 ZE Nijmegen, The Netherlands (KvK 87451203, VAT NL864321098B01), and its business customers. Purchasing conditions of the customer are expressly rejected unless agreed in writing.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to interim sale. All prices are in euro, exclusive of VAT, packaging and transport, unless the quotation states otherwise. Volume tiers shown on the website are indicative list discounts; dealer net pricing prevails for approved accounts.

3. Orders and delivery

An agreement is formed once EROPEX confirms an order in writing. Stated lead times are indicative. Stock articles ordered before 15:00 CET on a working day are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is Ex Works (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Statutory commercial interest and collection costs apply to overdue amounts. Ownership of delivered goods passes to the customer only after full payment.

5. Inspection and complaints

The customer inspects deliveries on receipt. Visible damage or shortages must be reported within 5 working days, other complaints within 14 days of discovery, with the batch code of the article concerned.

6. Warranty

EROPEX warrants its press fittings against material and manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of delivery, provided the products are installed with approved press tools and jaw profiles, in accordance with the EROPEX installation manual and the applicable national standards. The warranty covers replacement of the defective article.

7. Liability

Liability of EROPEX is limited to the invoice value of the delivery concerned, insofar as covered by our product liability insurance. Liability for consequential loss, production loss or loss of profit is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.
